Foreclosure / Bankruptcy Invoice Recon
Once attorney submits the invoice with supporting documents, review for accuracy and approve / deny as per the guidelines -
Foreclosure Executed Document – QC
Foreclosure execution affidavit documents are verified to match the information with supporting documents and if any discrepancy found within the executed document, needs to be corrected before sending it to the attorney review

Bankruptcy
File is set up in the system, refer Bankruptcy attorney to handle the case. Borrower will be given the plan to work out based on the chapter they file and if there are any delinquencies, follow-up to get the case dismissed/ discharged -
Title Curative
Complex title issues are reviewed and determined with the best course of action to cure title clouds and issues
